SOUTH FLORIDA'S NEWEST EVENT VENUE!: THE LOFT AT CONGRESS is a 5,400 square foot facility. The 2,000 square foot pre-function room offers a cocktail area, with niches and smaller rooms that can be separated off as VIP lounges. The space comes complete with sleek perimeter furniture.
The back room consists of 3,000 square feet of versatile space. Consider it a blank canvas to customize at will.  The walls are adorned with full-sized graphic murals, with an option to pull white draping over the 22 foot high walls (included in the venue fee). 

THE LOFT AT CONGRESS is centrally located and
easily accessible, just off the exit of I-95 and
Congress Avenue. The facility can accommodate
parties of 150+ seated, 200 cocktail-style, as well as an easily accessible loading dock.
